DukeCycling.dev

Overview

Operations leadership backed by a purpose-built team platform

Challenge

Collegiate club logistics were scattered across generic tools - training rides by skill level, race registration, and member communication didn't live in one place.

DukeCycling.dev

Built a full-stack site with a dynamic ride calendar (view and submit), team history, race schedule tracking, and a curated list of Triangle-area routes and resources. Centralizes day-to-day ops for 50+ members.

Leadership

As president and lead safety officer: budget, planning, safety operations, and community, with a deliberate focus on development pathways for entry-level riders. The site supports that - onboarding new riders, finding rides, and connecting people without chasing Slack threads.

Single Source of Truth

DukeCycling.dev replaced scattered tools with one hub for ride submissions, race schedules, and Triangle-area routes - cutting the Slack chase for new and returning riders.
